IPT Breakfast Meeting

According to the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Risk Index, the risk in global supply chains is on the rise. Supply chain collaboration has the potential to unlock solutions for some of today’s most pressing business challenges, including skills, access to finance, innovation and supply chain efficiency. Aerospace, automotive and manufacturing remain leading sectors in the UK that rely on global supply chains to stay efficient, competitive and innovative. The current political landscape in the UK and abroad means businesses must find ways to future-proof their supply chains to stay resilient in this period of uncertainty. This breakfast meeting will:

  • Examine ways business are combating risk through innovation
  • Consider the implications of Brexit on supply chains in the UK and the EU
  • Look at how UK Government and Industry can work together to strengthen the future resilience of global supply chains.
